Lucas took this photo when we visited again the Imperial Museum of Petropolis. I'm in front of the first Brazilian train, from 1883. It's a little beauty called "Leopoldina". I wish it was still working, I love trains, and alas, I've never had the chance of traveling in one of them!

A well preserved machine - looks ready to go.
A lovely little engine - quite a lady. Lovely photo of you, too, Nydia.
Beautiful shot of the old train and also of you.
Me either..your photos never disappoint! This is classic and I think both you and the subject look great! I find trains so fascinating anyway.
Cheers-

How beautiful - what lovely ancient lines and curves - the train looks good too - only joking - it is all lovely - wish I could visit myself.

Because of your extreme kindness and warmth, I have left you an award on my blog...Ye Olde Crones Gazette. Linda
