One more day for the B-day!

I don't know who's more excited about the birthday, me or Lucas! LOL As my brother Evaldo so wisely says, I have a 7 year-old mind... So tomorrow is the day, and we'll have 25 people at home, a crowd, if you consider our tiny apartment!!! I just don't know where everybody will find room to sit but fortunately they're all old friends and feel at home with us. We'll have 6 Lucas' little friends plus their parentes, some of our friends, and relatives.

It's really going to be a very simple party, money's so tight. But even though we managed to buy everything we need to entertain our little witches-to-be. Thanks, Michele, for the cool sites with ideas for decorating the house! And thanks, Mrs. B, for the great idea of having them make their own witch's hats! I've bought black sturdy paper, extra glue, glittler, stickers and all, so they can have fun messing up! Blue, I just got your ecard, Lucas will Love playing with it, thank yo so much! I'll tell you later about his reaction! :)

I haven't found any HP party supplies, only the decorated hats to be the base of the customized ones. But I did find HP pencil and pencil sharpeners to put into the black gifts bags, along with lighting wands (so cool!!!), HP glasses (easy to improvise), plastic spiders (arght), boxes of crayon, little pads with starry covers, coloring pages I printed from Internet, candies and chocolats. I think the little kids will love them.

I also had printed & plastified the main trio image above to put on the confectioner cake, because Lucas wanted it decorated with their image; some witch's hats to decorate the walls... Balloons, of coourse. And for another fun, they will have to pin Harry Potter's glasses on his photo on the wall!

But the main thing is that everybody who will be there care about my son, and this is enough for us. Actually even if there wasn't anything, only the cake and popcorn, the kids would remember it as a fun afternoon at their little friend's.

My photographer brother (the wise words' one...) will take the photos, so I'm sure they will be great instead of my crooked ones, and on Monday I'll post them here!
